Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

1. Engage with potential clients through various channels (phone, email, in-person) to understand their immigration needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Sales Generation:

1. Drive sales by promoting our Skilled immigration and citizenship programs. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Consultation:

1. Conduct detailed consultations with clients to assess their eligibility and guide them through the application process.
2. Follow-Up:
3. Maintain regular follow-up with prospective clients to keep them engaged and informed about their application status and new opportunities.

Documentation:

1. Assist clients in gathering and preparing necessary documents for their applications. Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time.

Market Research:

1. Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and market trends to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.

Relationship Management:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.

Reporting:

1. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to the Sales Manager.
