Immigration Specialist/Case Processing Officer

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Case Processing Officer to manage and process client applications related to Citizenship by Investment (CBI), Second Citizenship, and Permanent Residency (PR) programs. The ideal candidate must have prior UAE-based experience handling investment migration cases and should be familiar with international residency and citizenship programs.
The role requires strong documentation management, client coordination, compliance understanding, and the ability to manage multiple applications efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end processing of Citizenship by Investment, Second Citizenship, and Permanent Residency applications.
- Review and verify client documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with government authorities, international partners, agents, and legal teams regarding application progress.
- Maintain accurate case records, application timelines, and internal tracking systems.
- Guide clients through documentation, due diligence, and submission procedures.
- Monitor changes in immigration laws, residency regulations, and investment migration programs.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and international KYC/AML standards.
- Prepare application packages, forms, and supporting documentation.
- Follow up on pending documents, approvals, and case updates.
- Provide regular status updates to clients and management.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive client information.
Candidate Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in:
- Second Citizenship programs
- Permanent Residency (PR) processing
- Investment migration services
- Prior experience in the UAE immigration or investment advisory industry is required.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of global CBI and residency programs.
- Knowledge of compliance procedures, due diligence, and documentation standards.
