About the Role - Oversee the impact evaluation Delivery and Insights to implement rigorous, evidence-based impact evaluations of social interventions.
- The right candidate will bring hands-on expertise in policy impact evaluation, through a strong background in: 1- Value of Money and 2- Cost Benefits Analysis
- Design and implement econometric evaluations to assess the effectiveness of public policies and social interventions
- Develop and oversee analysis plans, including scoping studies, survey instrument design, data collection, and statistical analysis
- Translate findings into actionable insights through reports, briefing notes, and presentations tailored to key stakeholders
Qualifications
- Masters in Econometrics, Applied Economics, Development Economics or other appropriate Economics disciplines, Ph.D. is preferable
Required Skills
- 8 years of experience in Quantitative Impact evaluation related to social field
- Experience leading and managing large evaluation and impact evaluation projects, including monitoring and evaluation data management and analysis experience
- At least 2-3 years overseeing large-scale evaluation projects
- Arabic speaker preferred
