Implementation Consultant - HubSpot & Microsoft

Oxygen is an award-winning digital agency and HubSpot Diamond Solutions Partner with offices in Dubai, Hong Kong, and Shenzhen. We're expanding our technical implementation capabilities by adding Microsoft Dynamics solutions to complement our existing HubSpot expertise.

The Role

We're seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant who excels Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot knowledge would be a plus but not required. This role combines pre-sales solution support with hands-on implementation, requiring both technical depth and exceptional client-facing communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and architect system solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics and HubSpot platforms

- Create detailed Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) to model data flows across integrated systems

- Lead technical discovery sessions with clients to gather requirements and present solutions

- Architect custom integrations on HubSpot or Microsoft Dynamics

- Train and mentor team members on HubSpot or Microsoft Dynamics implementation best practices

- Provide technical expertise during the sales cycle, including solution demonstrations

- Document technical specifications and implementation roadmaps

- Implement solutions leveraging Azure services and OpenAI APIs when appropriate

- Experience with HubSpot's custom code actions, workflows, and custom objects

Required Experience & Skills

- 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or similar roles

- Competent with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Dynamics, Power Platform, and Azure

- Proficiency in creating Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) and system architecture documentation

- Experience with Azure services and OpenAI APIs

- Excellence in translating business requirements into technical solutions

- Strong client-facing presentation and communication skills

- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

- Native or fluent English speaker

Nice to Have

- Microsoft certifications (Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics 365)

- HubSpot certifications

- Experience with data migration and integration tools

- Fluent in Arabic
