Implementation Manager

Job Responsibilities:

-Weekly Integrated Rollout Plan

-site Pool review Integrated Rollout confirmation and ISDP maintain by Delivery senecio

-SBC resource validation and review

-RFI dependency action , MR-PR/PO - Customer RFI - survey reports review and Confirm

-Daily Rollout Plan review and maintain on ISDP

-Next day plan confirmation Based on RFI and Rollout Issues

-NEXT day SBC teams Confirmation

-Dispatch next day plan To SBC And create task

-Daily Rollout Progress

-Rollout issue handling (Huawei and SBC issues)

-Material Missing/ SBC resource not enough / SBC late arrival / tools missing -Access problems issue which not related to customer

-Create Customer issues and Escalation

-review and Confirm DU level Progress one day one action

-maintain daily Progress on ISDP including Milestone Actual end data and review data quality and data completion

-Daily clearance / ensure Teams Clock out

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree or above in Digital power·

A minimum of 3 years experiences above

-Excellent in English is must written and oral communication

-Familiar with Huawei internal process

-Strong knowledge at Date center

-Have a strong logical thinking ability, a good communication ability and be interested in learning new technologies

-Work closely with project team to ensure efficient and successful execution

-Familiar with Data Center and construction execution
