Job Description – Implementation Specialist/Project Manager | UAE E-Invoicing Implementation

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead UAE E-Invoicing implementation and digital compliance transformation projects. The ideal candidate should have strong ownership, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities to drive successful project delivery across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end UAE e-invoicing implementation projects.

•Coordinate with finance, tax, IT, product, implementation, and customer teams.

•Drive project planning, execution, UAT, and go-live readiness.

•Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.

•Ensure effective stakeholder communication and status reporting.

•Manage project documentation, compliance tracking, and post-go-live support.

•Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and successful implementation.

•Drive outcomes proactively rather than only task tracking.

Required Experience & Skills

•4–12 years of project management experience in:

oDigital transformation

oFintech

oTax technology

oCompliance platforms

oSaaS

oSystem integration

oEnterprise implementation projects

•Strong experience in managing cross-functional and client-facing projects.

•Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

•Ability to manage complex implementations and multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
