Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo for an Import and Export Operations specialist. The specialist will be responsible for managing import and export processes, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include handling documentation, coordinating with clients and partners, and overseeing the timely delivery of goods.
Qualifications
- Import, Export, and Import Export skills
- Knowledge of International Trade regulations
- Strong Customer Service abilities
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, or related field
