Specific Responsibilites

• Process of customer's orders timely and accurately
• Prompt updating and data entry of freight transactions.
• Liaise actively with customers, carriers, hauliers, overseas agents etc for freight handling
• Ensure smooth shipping from vessel sail till ETA at destination.
• Handle Cargo documentation and filing
• Ensure compliance with customer's requirements
• Ensure that all jobs are monitored, costs, selling figures are accurately & timely updated in system
• Ensure all event data are updated correctly in system, close file with completeness
• Permit declaration
