Location: Sheraton, Helipoles, Cairo
-Working hours: 8:30 AM- 4:30 PM
-Days off: 2 Days ( Friday / Saturday rotation)

-Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Email communication and attachments handling Data entry and record management Internet research and navigation Using shared folders and file management (File Share / Google Drive / OneDrive) Typing in English and Arabic PDF handling (convert, merge, sign, etc.) Basic troubleshooting (printing, scanning, network connection)
Job Summary:
The Import Operations Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of import shipments, ensuring smooth
customs clearance, timely delivery, and accurate documentation. This role requires close coordination with overseas agents,
shipping lines, customs authorities, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines for import shipments.
Prepare and review import documentation, including Bill of Lading (BL), Airway Bill (AWB), invoices, packing lists, and
certificates of origin.
Ensure compliance with Egyptian customs regulations and procedures.
Follow up on shipment schedules and track cargo status to provide timely updates to clients and internal teams.
Coordinate customs clearance, paying duties and taxes as required, and submit documents to customs authorities.
Maintain accurate records of all shipments in the internal system (ERP/Excel).
Liaise with trucking companies or internal logistics teams for cargo delivery to warehouses or clients.
Resolve operational issues or discrepancies related to shipments, customs, or documentation.
Assist in preparing reports for management regarding import volumes, delays, and costs.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
13 years of experience in import operations or freight forwarding.
Strong knowledge of Egyptian import regulations and customs procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP/shipping software.
Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple shipments simultaneously and meet deadlines.
