Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Import Sales Engineer based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Import Sales Engineer will focus on driving sales, managing client relationships, and addressing customer needs. The position requires providing technical support during the sales process, assisting with product inquiries, and ensuring effective communication with clients. Additionally, the role includes engaging with internal teams to develop strategies that enhance client satisfaction and meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering, including the ability to understand technical concepts and apply them in sales processes.
• Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service for building relationships and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Excellent Communication abilities to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
• Technical Support experience to address product-related inquiries and provide solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in steel or manufacturing industries is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and work in a dynamic, on-site environment.
