Role Overview

We are seeking a Full-Time Personal Shopper for our Dubai team. This role is ideal for experienced luxury professionals who already have an established high-net-worth client network. While you will be supported with SANDS leads, global client base, and sourcing infrastructure, bringing your own clients and network to the company is essential.

As a SANDS Personal Shopper, you will provide white-glove, personalized shopping experiences, representing the brand during in-house consultations, private client appointments, and exclusive luxury events.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand your own network of high-net-worth clients, generating sales through personalized luxury experiences.
• Provide bespoke consultations across fashion, watches, fine jewelry, and lifestyle sectors.
• Source and present curated selections tailored to individual client preferences.
• Deliver a premium white-glove service that reflects the SANDS brand standards.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and after-sales service.
• Attend key brand activations, client events, and private appointments to strengthen relationships and visibility.
• Stay informed on luxury trends, exclusive releases, and brand collections.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven high-net-worth client network and established luxury clientele.
• Minimum 25 years of experience in luxury retail, personal shopping, or client relations within fashion, watches, or jewelry.
• Strong product knowledge of luxury fashion, jewelry, and watches.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and sales skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance and understanding of luxury etiquette.
• Based in Dubai and legally authorized to work in the UAE.
• Must be able to travel for client appointments, events, and activations.
