Job Title: In-Process Laboratory Technician

Overview
We are hiring an In-Process Laboratory Technician to join a leading advanced composite aerostructures manufacturing company in the UAE. This role supports production by performing routine testing and inspections to ensure product quality and process control.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare test samples according to approved work instructions
- Perform routine laboratory tests and in-process inspections
- Ensure all testing follows safety and quality procedures
- Record test results, maintain logs, and prepare reports
- Monitor equipment calibration and ensure proper functionality
- Maintain laboratory documentation and records
- Follow strict procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Work closely with production and quality teams
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of laboratory experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience using laboratory tools, chemicals, or testing equipment
- Ability to follow technical procedures and instructions
- Basic knowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Experience in composite material testing (e.g. fibre weight, chemical testing)
- Experience handling hazardous materials safely
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with SAP or LIMS systems
Working Conditions
- Based in the UAE
- Laboratory environment
- Shift work required (day and night rotation)
- May involve handling chemicals and laboratory equipment
