In-process Water Treatment Technician

Job Purpose

Responsible for monitoring and testing the in-process water and final bottled water products in adherence to physical and chemical quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

General Accountabilities

▪ Applies comprehensive knowledge to act independently while providing guidance and training to others on using clear and effective verbal communications skills to express ideas.

▪ Provides technical guidance when required on analyzing data trends for use in reports to help guide decision making.

▪ Provides technical guidance when required on planning, organizing, prioritizing, and overseeing activities to efficiently meet business objectives.

Job Specific Accountabilities

▪ Monitor established Control Points and Critical Control Points for bottled water products as per sampling plan.

▪ Perform calibration of measuring instruments.

▪ Validate measurements after any machine repair, adjustment, or maintenance, e.g. caps torque, fill volume

▪ Hold suspect/affected products for inspection before releasing.

▪ Ensure GMP and Personal Hygiene is being followed in the production lines.

▪ Update all reports related to QC and SAP.

▪ Perform other work-related tasks to be assigned by his immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

▪ Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or any relevant field

▪ 1-3 years in bottled water or beverage company.
