Job Description & Summary: 
We are seeking a highly skilled OT Cybersecurity, OT Network, and IIoT Specialist with a strong background in operational technology. This role involves leading the development and implementation of integrated IT-OT infrastructure solutions, implementing OT cybersecurity tools and solutions, conducting risk assessments, providing support management, and enhancing cybersecurity within OT environments. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 12 years of experience in the OT domain, with a proven track record in managing IT-OT systems integration, expertise in OT cybersecurity, and work experience in the manufacturing or energy sector 

Responsibilities: 


  • Oversee OT and IIOT security projects and initiatives. 
  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures. 
  • Demonstrate knowledge and experience with OT cyber tools such as IDS, EDR, SIEM, etc. 
  • Conduct risk assessments following ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST CSF standards. 
  • Possess work experience in ICS (Industrial Control Systems) like PLC, SCADA, and MES systems (e.g., Siemens, Schneider, Rockwell, ABB, Emerson, GE, etc.). 
  • Experience with asset management tools and OTSM, with a preference for ServiceNow. 
  • Have experience in building secure OT networks and supporting the development of IT-OT integration architecture with an understanding of the cybersecurity aspects of integration. 
  • Manage a team of consultants and senior consultants. 
  • Collaborate with senior management to align security strategies with business goals. 
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards 

Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • 8+ years of experience in the OT domain and OT cybersecurity. 
  • Proven track record in managing security projects and teams. 
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills. 
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities. 

 

Mandatory skill sets: 
  • Perform comprehensive security assessments and tool implementation in the OT environment, with knowledge of ISA/IEC 62443 standards 
  • Work experience in the manufacturing or energy sector 

Preferred skill sets: 
  • Certification in ISA/IEC62443 , Experience with Claroty, Nozomi, and Tenable tools

5-12 Years for SA /M role
