Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Inbound Customer Service Representative for our on-site location in New Cairo. In this role, you will handle incoming inquiries, provide support to customers, and resolve issues to ensure their satisfaction. You will also deliver exceptional customer experiences by actively listening, understanding their needs, and offering effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support to handle inquiries effectively and professionally
- Ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction and deliver exceptional Customer Experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact empathetically and resolve concerns efficiently
- Proven problem-solving and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for managing customer interactions is a plus
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills being an advantage
- High school diploma, with additional training or certifications in customer service being beneficial
