Inbound Import Operations – Egypt

Role: Inbound Import Operations Egypt

Seniority: 3+ years in logistics

Must-have experience:

Inbound import operations across all Egyptian ports

Strong background in customs clearance and port procedures

Trucking coordination from port to site, including:

Ability to handle and communicate effectively with trucking companies

Coordinating trucking plans based on cost optimization, warehouse receiving capacity, and container priorities

Hands-on experience with Nafeza and ACI procedures

Familiarity with all freight modes: ocean, air, and land

Strong documentation review skills including BLs, packing lists, invoices, and certificates

Knowledge of FTAs and their documentation requirements

Can communicate effectively with global suppliers on documentation needs

Maintains organized document tracking using Excel or similar tools

Strong Excel skills for tracking and reporting

Excellent English (written and spoken)

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, and ability to work with diverse teams

Nice to have:

Experience in FMCG inbound logistics

Team management skills or prior experience in leading/coordinating with others
