Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inbound Sales Specialist located in Giza. The Inbound Sales Specialist will be responsible for handling incoming sales inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and guiding potential customers through the sales process. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, and assisting with order placement. Additional responsibilities include maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities, and working closely with other team members to achieve sales targets.
