Incharge Proposals / Estimation (Kuwait)

Proven experience in Proposal / Tendering roles for Shutdowns, Turnarounds (TARs), Plant Outages, and Maintenance Contracts within the Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical and Industrial sectors in Kuwait.

Strong hands-on experience in preparing and managing Shutdown & Turnaround proposals for Kuwait-based clients and projects.

Thorough understanding of shutdown execution methodologies, work scopes, critical path activities, resource planning, and outage strategies.

Capability to independently manage the complete Shutdown / Turnaround proposal lifecycle from enquiry receipt to bid submission and post-bid clarifications.

Hands-on experience in:

• Shutdown & Turnaround scope evaluation and bid strategy development
• Man-hour estimation, productivity calculations, and resource planning for TAR projects
• Cost estimation, pricing, and commercial proposal preparation for shutdown activities
• Preparation of technical proposals, execution methodologies, mobilization plans, and project schedules
• Review and preparation of pre-qualification documents, tender submissions, and client clarifications
• Coordination with Operations, Planning, Estimation, HSE, Procurement, and Commercial teams during bid preparation
• Risk assessment and identification of critical shutdown execution challenges during proposal stages

Strong knowledge of refinery and petrochemical shutdown disciplines including Mechanical, Piping, Static Equipment, Rotating Equipment, E&I, Scaffolding, Insulation, Painting, and

Specialized Maintenance Services.

• Familiarity with major Kuwait Oil & Gas, Refinery, and Petrochemical clients, shutdown contracting practices, and tendering requirements.
