Role Responsibilities & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Special Educational Needs, Inclusion, Education, or a related field
Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent) from the UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand
Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience supporting students with additional learning needs
Experience working across Primary and Secondary phases
Strong understanding of inclusive practices, differentiation, and intervention strategies
Experience with IB and/or Australian Curriculum is highly desirable; applicants from other curricula with strong inclusive practice are encouraged to apply
Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and external specialists
Previous international experience is an advantage but not essential

Tax-free monthly salary from 12,000 AED up to 17,000 AED, depending on experience and qualifications
