We are seeking an experienced and passionate Primary SEN Teacher to join our Inclusion Department in August 2026. Due to continued growth in student enrolment, our Inclusion team is expanding.

Skills
- A B.Ed or a subject-relevant Bachelor's degree with PGCE/PGDE (or equivalent)
- SEND/Inclusion-specific qualifications
- Proven experience teaching and supporting secondary-age students with additional learning needs
- Strong understanding of inclusive practices and the ability to implement effective support strategies
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work closely with colleagues across departments
- A commitment to ongoing professional growth
- Creativity, enthusiasm, and a passion for inclusive education
- Strong IT and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with students and parents
