Requirements For Indian Cook
- Must know all types of Indian cooking
- Experience in:
- North Indian dishes
- South Indian dishes
- Tandoori items
- Chinese & fast food
- Curry, biryani, grill and snacks preparation
- Should know food preparation, kitchen hygiene and quality standards
- Ability to work in a busy restaurant environment
- Teamwork and good behavior required
Requirements For Kitchen Helper
- Assist cooks in food preparation
- Cleaning and maintaining kitchen area
- Washing utensils and kitchen equipment
- Hardworking and active person preferred
Other Details
