Role Description The Indirect Team Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza. This role oversees and guides teams that do not report directly but are critical to project execution and operational performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional activities, aligning team objectives with project timelines, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures. The Indirect Team Manager facilitates communication between departments, identifies process improvements, supports issue resolution, and escalates risks when necessary. The role also involves coaching team leads, contributing to resource planning, and supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives across the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and people management skills, including experience managing or influencing indirect teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability in project coordination, workflow organization, and prioritization within fast-paced operational or real estate environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain effective working relationships at all levels.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, including experience using data or performance indicators to drive decisions and improvements.
- Familiarity with real estate, construction, property development, or related sectors is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, project management software) and comfort with learning new systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Giza on a full-time basis and adapt to evolving business needs and priorities.
