Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying customer needs, and providing knowledgeable solutions to promote and sell Linguatech Academy programs and services. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, managing client accounts, providing customer service support, and conducting training sessions for a better understanding of products and services. The role also involves working collaboratively with the sales management team to develop and implement effective strategies.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management
• Experience in Training and supporting clients
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Fluent in English and/or other languages relevant to our markets
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is a plus
• Previous experience in education or language training industries is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
