Job Description

We are seeking a high-energy and results-driven Indoor Sales Representative to join our team in Alexandria. In this vital role, you will be the bridge between our creative manufacturing capabilities and our diverse clients. We are looking for a closer who can seamlessly transition from managing digital inquiries to conducting strategic outbound calls to our target segments. Responsibilities

  • Omnichannel Lead Conversion: Proactively managing and converting online client conversations (Social Media, WhatsApp, Website) into confirmed sales and factory orders.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Conducting targeted cold calls and follow-ups with our key segments, including interior design offices, architects, and residential project owners, to drive new business.
  • Consultative Selling: Guiding clients through our product catalogfrom art and decor pieces to manufacturing solutionsproviding expert advice on materials, customization, and pricing.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Managing the entire sales process from the initial digital hello to final payment and delivery coordination.
  • B2B Networking: Building and maintaining strong relationships with decor firms and real estate developers to secure us as their preferred supplier.
  • CRM & Documentation: Maintaining meticulous records of all digital interactions, call logs, and order statuses within the company's tracking tools to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Product Expertise: Staying updated on the factory's latest production techniques, new design launches, and inventory levels to provide accurate lead times and technical information.
  • Reporting: Providing regular updates to management regarding conversion rates, feedback from the decor market, and progress toward monthly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: 2+ years of experience in Indoor Sales, Telesales, or Account Management, preferably within the furniture, decor, or luxury retail sectors.
  • Digital Fluency: Exceptional skills in managing business conversations over WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram, with a knack for maintaining a professional yet persuasive tone.
  • Sales Track Record: A documented history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and a hunter mentality for identifying and closing new opportunities.
  • Communication Mastery: Excellent verbal communication skills for phone pitching, with the ability to build immediate rapport and trust with sophisticated clients and professional designers.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to handle price objections professionally and navigate customization requests to reach a profitable closing.
  • Language Proficiency: Good command of English (B1/B2+ level) to communicate effectively with high-end clientele and international design trends.
  • Technical Literacy: Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and mobile communication tools for efficient lead management.
  • Resilience & Ambition: A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains a positive attitude, and is obsessed with hitting factory sales goals.
  • Residency: Must be based in or able to commute to our Alexandria headquarters.
