Industrial Designer

*Key Responsibilities:

• Generate creative design concepts for coaches, city buses (single amp; double deck), and minibuses.

• Develop interior and exterior designs aligned with customer requirements and corporate standards.

• Prepare detailed functional and ergonomic layouts.

• Create detailed 3D models and drawings for components such as front/rear ends, bumpers, wheel arches, dashboards, headers, and side finishers.

• Produce high-quality renderings, visuals, and presentation materials for customers and internal stakeholders.

• Design interior color schemes, including flooring, trims, seats, curtains, and roof systems.

• Coordinate with Engineering and Production teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.

• Define fixation sequences and integration with other systems.

• Follow up on prototype implementation and resolve design-related issues.

• Enhance designs based on production feedback and customer input.

• Ensure designs meet quality, safety, and functional requirements.

• Maintain proper documentation of design files and revisions.

• Support Marketing and Sales teams with visual materials and design presentations.

*Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or Applied Arts.

• 0–3 years of experience.

• Proficiency in 3D design software: Creo, SolidWorks, or Rhino.

• Experience with rendering tools: KeyShot and Photoshop.

• Strong sketching and visualization skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and creativity.
