Electrician / Electrical Technician Mobile Heavy Machinery

We are currently looking for a skilled Electrician or Electrical Technician with experience working on mobile heavy machinery and industrial equipment used in the oilfield sector. This role focuses on electrical systems used in machinery rather than building or residential electrical work.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience with 24VDC electrical systems, wiring, sensors, and industrial electronic components used in heavy equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, control panels, and industrial sensors on mobile machinery and oilfield equipment.

Interpret and create electrical wiring diagrams using CAD software.

Troubleshoot electrical faults in machinery and electronic systems and implement effective repairs.

Ensure electrical systems operate reliably and meet operational and safety standards.

Support diagnostics and preventative maintenance activities on electrical and electronic components.

Requirements

Experience working with industrial or heavy machinery electrical systems.

Knowledge of 24VDC circuits, wiring, sensors, and electronic components.

Ability to read and produce electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Experience with CAD software for electrical diagrams is preferred.
