About the Program:
The Tamheer Program is a Saudi Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) initiative designed to provide fresh graduates with practical on-the-job training in their field of study. This opportunity is ideal for Industrial Engineering graduates looking to gain real-world experience, enhance their skills, and develop a successful career in the industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in analyzing and improving production processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Support in data collection, process mapping, and workflow optimization.
- Participate in cost reduction and quality improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with different departments (e.g., Operations, Supply Chain, Quality) to streamline operations.
- Assist in developing reports, dashboards, and presentations on process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
- Must be eligible for the Tamheer Program (not currently employed and not registered in GOSI for the last six months).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with AutoCAD or ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
