Influencer Marketing Specialist / Coordinator

We are looking for a passionate and organized Influencer Marketing Specialist / Coordinator to join our team. If you have experience managing influencer campaigns, building strong relationships with influencers and talent agencies, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and build relationships with influencers and content creators.
- Coordinate and execute influencer marketing campaigns from briefing to completion.
- Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms with influencers and talent agencies.
- Attend events, activations, and content shoots when required to support campaign execution.
- Prepare campaign briefs and ensure smooth communication between clients, influencers, and internal teams.
- Conduct market and influencer research to identify relevant opportunities and industry trends.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare presentations and performance reports.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully and on schedule.
Requirements
- Saudi National (including sons/daughters of Saudi mothers and spouses of Saudi citizens).
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field.
- Strong negotiation skills with influencers and talent agencies.
- Good understanding of influencer campaign briefing and execution.
- Solid knowledge of marketing principles and social media platforms.
- Excellent research, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), with the ability to prepare professional presentations and reports.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken) is required.
