This is a full-time on-site role for an Influencer Marketing Manager, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with influencers aligned with the brand's goals and image. The role involves strategizing and executing influencer marketing campaigns, tracking campaign performance, negotiating partnerships, and ensuring alignment with brand objectives. Collaboration with internal teams to develop compelling campaigns and monitor market trends will also be key responsibilities.

• Experience in Influencer Marketing, Campaign Strategy, and Relationship Management
• Strong skills in Negotiation, Communication, and Collaboration
• Knowledge of Market Trends, Digital Marketing Tools, and Social Media Platforms
• Analytical skills to track and optimize campaign performance
• Proven ability to work within brand guidelines and align with organizational objectives
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in the lifestyle or wellness industry is preferred
• Proficiency in English is required; fluency in additional languages is a plus
