In this role you will
- Lead large scale complex influencer campaigns.
- Lead, develop and strategize successful influencer marketing campaigns for our clients.
- Partner with our clients to understand their needs and goals and develop influencer marketing campaigns that meet their expectations.
- Lead and conduct research and analyze data to identify key trends and insights that will inform campaign strategy.
- Collaborate with our creative team to develop engaging and effective influencer campaign content.
- Monitor and measure campaign performance, and adjust strategy as needed to ensure success.
- Develop KPI frameworks which meet client business goals.
- Manage influencer marketing campaigns from initial response through to post campaign reporting, including campaign activation and talent content creation.
- Take responsibility for campaign budget management to ensure campaign profitability and ensure deadlines and key milestones are met.
- Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users.
- Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns
- Stay updated with the knowledge of emerging trends, technologies, and influencers.
You have
- 7+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, and content creation, preferably in an advertising agency or content led organization.
- Ability to lead the vertical for the agency.
- Have a strong influencer network to help brands find the right influencers.
