Persian Horizon is seeking an Influencer Marketing & Network Manager with an established and active influencer network across Arab, Russian, and European markets, based in or strongly connected to Dubai.
This role is focused on commercial activation, converting influencer relationships into measurable revenue, qualified leads, and signed deals across luxury, lifestyle, and high-value service verticals.
Responsibilities
- Activate and manage influencer networks to drive bookings, leads, and closed transactions
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven influencer campaigns
- Lead direct communication and long-term relationship management with influencers
- Coordinate content creation, brand activations, events, and influencer-led experiences
- Convert campaigns into tangible business outcomes, not vanity metrics
- Track and report results using ROI, conversion rates, CPL, and deal value metrics
Qualifications & Experience
- Existing, active influencer network across Arab, Russian, and European markets
- Proven experience executing and closing paid influencer collaborations
- Strong negotiation, partnership structuring, and deal-closing capabilities
- Deep understanding of Dubai's luxury, lifestyle, and high-net-worth ecosystem
- Dubai-based or fully operational within the Dubai market
Compensation
- Base salary plus performance-based commission
