What Do We Expect From You

We're looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team in Egypt. This role will be key in identifying and managing influencers to grow our brand, increase sales, and support our ROI goals. You'll handle the full influencer processfrom selection to reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field,
• Proven experience in influencer marketing (preferably in fashion or textile),
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities,
• Experience working with influencer/content tools and project management platforms,
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills,
• Deep knowledge of Egyptian influencers and local culture.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Basic Functions:

• Find and research influencers who fit our brand values and target audience,
• Build and manage strong influencer relationships and negotiate partnerships,
• Handle operational details like agreements, item selection, and order creation,
• Plan and follow a clear posting schedule with influencers,
• Review influencer content to ensure it matches our brand tone and guidelines,
• Manage influencer payments and ensure timely follow-up,
• Track performance using key metrics and adjust strategies accordingly,
• Work closely with local marketing, sales, and VM teams to align all efforts,
• Support visual branding, OOH ads, and social media in coordination with HQ,
• Stay updated with trends in influencer marketing and the local market.
