noon Food is a restaurant-first platform on the noon app, offering fair commissions, a sustainable program, and operating flexibility for the food and beverage industry in the Middle East. The most recent addition to the noon ecosystem, the noon Food mission is to revolutionize the F&B delivery landscape, firmly putting the control and success back in the hands of retailers.

Role purpose

To lead the end-to-end execution of digital influencer campaigns, ensuring fast, accurate, and high-quality delivery. This role acts as the operational team leader, managing daily workflow and campaign execution under the supervision of the Assistant Manager.

What you'll do:

  • Plan and execute effective influencer campaign strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of digital influencer campaigns, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Supervise and guide Senior Specialists and Executives on daily campaign operations.
  • Ensure all creative assets, including scripts, storyboards, and contentare consistent with the overall influencer strategy and campaign objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance, derive actionable insights, and recommend optimizations for current and future campaigns.
  • Help oversee campaign budgets, ensuring cost-efficient allocation and execution.
  • Work closely with the BTL team to manage contracts, deliverables, and usage rights with influencers.
  • Monitor social media trends, platform developments, and competitor campaigns to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Review influencer proposals and content drafts before final approval.
  • Monitor live campaign performance and proactively flag risks or optimization opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate campaign trackers, documentation, and reporting.
  • Resolve execution bottlenecks and continuously improve operational processes.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 35 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital campaign execution.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing dynamics.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and campaign reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
