Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute KOL (Key Opinion Leader) marketing strategies for key overseas markets, including South Korea, and the Middle East, aligning influencer partnerships with brand and business objectives. Take ownership of brand awareness, content performance, and conversion results.
  2. Manage the end-to-end KOL collaboration process independently, including influencer sourcing, evaluation, outreach, negotiation, contract execution, content review, campaign launch, performance tracking, and post-campaign analysis to ensure high-quality project delivery.
  3. Build and maintain a strong network of influencers, MCN agencies, and local partners across Japan, South Korea, and the Middle East (e.g., Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait). Continuously expand and cultivate long-term strategic partnerships.
  4. Develop localized influencer marketing strategies based on the characteristics of each market and platform ecosystem. Create impactful campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms to maximize brand influence and user acquisition.
  5. Establish and optimize a KOL performance measurement framework by tracking key metrics such as reach, engagement rate, CTR, conversion rate, and ROI. Generate campaign reports and continuously refine influencer selection and collaboration strategies based on performance insights.
  6. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Brand, Content, Design, and Product, to optimize creative assets, execute marketing campaigns, and enhance overall brand communication effectiveness.
  7. Stay up to date with global social media trends, local market insights, and influencer ecosystem developments. Explore innovative partnership models and identify new growth opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of influencer marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in overseas KOL/Influencer Marketing, with proven experience managing end-to-end influencer campaigns independently.
  2. Hands-on experience in one or more of the following markets: Japan, South Korea, or the Middle East (e.g., Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait). Familiarity with local influencer ecosystems, MCN agencies, and content consumption trends is highly preferred.
  3. Strong understanding of major global social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, with in-depth knowledge of influencer marketing strategies, content distribution, and platform algorithms.
  4. Experience in EdTech (language learning, K-12 education, vocational education, test preparation, etc.) is a plus. Outstanding candidates from e-commerce, consumer brands, internet companies, or mobile apps are also encouraged to apply.
  5. Excellent influencer sourcing, business development, negotiation, and partnership management skills. Existing overseas influencer or MCN resources are a strong advantage.
  6. Highly data-driven, with the ability to evaluate campaign performance using metrics such as reach, engagement rate, views, CTR, conversion rate, and ROI, and continuously optimize influencer mix and budget allocation.
  7. Fluent English with the ability to conduct business communications independently with overseas influencers, MCNs, and partners. Proficiency in Japanese, Korean, or Arabic is a strong plus.
  8. Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive, with strong content judgment, project management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while continuously exploring innovative influencer partnership models and growth opportunities.
