Job Overview

We are seeking a KOL & Influencer Marketing Supervisor to lead influencer partnerships and content-driven marketing initiatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing KOLs, influencers, and content creators, while developing both online and offline collaborations to strengthen brand awareness, community engagement, and user acquisition.

You will also coordinate influencer campaigns, manage partnerships, and explore opportunities such as podcasts, interviews, livestreams, and event collaborations to expand brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

KOL & Influencer Partnerships

  • Identify, recruit, and manage KOLs, influencers, and content creators aligned with the brand and target audience.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and other social media channels.
  • Negotiate collaboration terms and manage influencer agreements where necessary.

Online & Offline Campaign Collaboration

  • Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and user growth.
  • Coordinate influencer collaborations for online campaigns, livestream sessions, and digital promotions.
  • Organize and manage offline events, community meetups, and brand activations with KOL participation.

Podcast & Content Collaboration

  • Identify opportunities to collaborate with podcasts, interviews, and industry discussions to increase brand exposure.
  • Coordinate influencer participation in podcasts, video interviews, livestreams, and educational content.
  • Work with KOLs to create engaging and informative content aligned with brand messaging.

Campaign Performance & Optimization

  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics such as engagement, reach, traffic, and conversions.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future influencer collaborations.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, social media, community, and product teams to align influencer initiatives with broader marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in KOL management, influencer marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Experience working with KOLs on both online campaigns and offline events.
  • Experience collaborating with podcasts, interviews, livestreams, or content creators is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fintech, trading, crypto, or digital platforms.
  • Existing network of KOLs, influencers, content creators, or podcast hosts.
  • Experience managing regional or international influencer campaigns.
