Job Description for Infor FSM Finance Consultant:

Exp:- 6-14 years

Location:- Pan India

Notice Period :- 30 days

• Provide L2/L3 functional support for Infor FSM Finance modules.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues within agreed SLAs.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial processes.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend long-term solutions for recurring issues.
• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and provide functional solutions.
• Support application enhancements, configuration changes, testing, and deployments.
• Assist with incident, problem, and change management activities.
• Participate in upgrade, patching, and system improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with technical teams for issue resolution involving integrations, workflows, and data interfaces.
• Prepare functional documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, and support artifacts.
• Strong functional knowledge of:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Cash Management
• Asset Management
• Budgeting and Financial Reporting
• Experience providing application support in an L2/L3 support environment.
• Prior involvement in at least one or more Infor FSM implementation projects.
• Ability to work independently and engage with business stakeholders.
• Prior experience with healthcare clients is a plus
