Job Description

Operational

• Work collaboratively with the business (projects and departments) on EA adoption and to understand, collate, and document their requirements of EA
• Develop, manage, and enhance the Enterprise Architecture (EA) meta-model and repository
• Lead conflict resolution across multiple projects of EA and the EA repository ensuring Customs overall vision is kept intact
• Construct, refine, and maintain information models for projects taking into consideration multiple requirements, competing requirements, and overall re-usability
• Develop an information model management strategy to support dissementation and reuse
• Ensure the mapping of enterprise information architecture to enterprise architecture
• Lead/Participate in the definition of technical standards pertaining to information models, their security, and integrity
• Stay up to date on emerging technology standards in the area of information models
• Participate in developing data and information security policies
• Ensure and design security of information and data by taking into consideration best practices

Maintain confidentiality, integrity and availability of information in line with Dubai Customs information security policies and procedures in order to protect information from any disclosure or misuse.

Qualifications

Minimum Educational Requirements:

Bachelor degree (computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering)

Experience:

• Seven plus (7+) experience in IT
• In-depth experience in developing secure information solutions and systems
• Enterprise-level data modelling expertise
