We are hiring an
Information Assurance Manager to support governance, risk, and assurance activities within a Security Operations Center (SOC) environment. This role is ideal for someone who can bridge operational security with strong assurance and compliance practices.
What You'll Do
- Maintain and enhance information assurance frameworks supporting SOC operations
- Ensure alignment with internal policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee assurance controls related to SOC tools, data handling, and incident processes
- Provide oversight of SOC activities, ensuring they are consistent, documented, and auditable
- Support incident response through classification, documentation, and assurance reviews
- Conduct risk assessments and control reviews related to SOC functions
- Act as the main point of contact for audits, compliance checks, and assurance reviews
- Track findings and coordinate remediation with technical teams
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Strong background in information assurance, cyber governance, or security risk management
- Solid understanding of SOC operations and incident response
- Experience applying assurance frameworks and controls in operational environments
- Ability to balance governance needs with realworld SOC operations
- Strong communication skills, including stakeholder engagement
Desirable:
- Experience in regulated, highsecurity, or criticalinfrastructure environments
- Familiarity with recognised security standards (ISO, NIST, etc.)
- Exposure to audits, regulatory reviews, or external assurance engagements
