Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Information Security Officer IAM Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. The role requires deep technical expertise in Azure Entra ID, GCP IAM, IGA, and PAM, with strong exposure to Zero Trust and regulatory compliance frameworks.
Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
IAM Implementation & Operations
- Deploy, configure, and operate enterprise IAM solutions including SSO, MFA, Federation, Azure Entra ID, SailPoint, and related platforms.
- Design and manage IAM architectures for Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Identity, IAM, Workforce & Workload Identity Federation, Identity-Aware Proxy).
- Implement and manage Azure IAM solutions including Entra ID, Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Entitlement Management, and Identity Protection.
- Contribute to IAM architecture roadmaps, design decisions, and technology evaluations.
- Support Zero Trust security architecture and adaptive authentication strategies.
- Integrate IAM solutions across on-premises IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments.
- Perform periodic access reviews to prevent privilege creep.
Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Implement and administer enterprise PAM solutions.
- Secure privileged accounts using Just-In-Time (JIT) access models.
- Configure privileged session monitoring, recording, and auditing.
- Conduct regular privileged account reviews and attestations.
- Manage break-glass emergency access procedures.
Identity Lifecycle Management
- Automate identity lifecycle processes including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) workflows.
- Implement automated provisioning and de-provisioning across applications and platforms.
- Design and manage RBAC and ABAC access models.
- Secure and manage service account lifecycle and permissions.
Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
- Deploy and manage IGA platforms.
- Configure access certification campaigns and periodic access reviews.
- Implement Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies and conflict detection.
- Generate audit trails, compliance reports, and governance dashboards.
Cloud IAM & Federation
- Integrate IAM across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Configure cross-cloud identity federation and Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Design secure IAM role models and custom permission sets.
Governance, Risk & Collaboration
- Develop IAM metrics, dashboards, and KPIs for executive reporting.
- Monitor identity risk scores and enforce risk-based access controls.
- Identify and remediate IAM and PAM security risks.
- Support IAM-related incident response and investigations.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, Qatar NIA, QCSF, PDPPL, and other regulatory standards.
- Collaborate closely with application owners, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in IAM engineering, administration, and PAM implementation.
- Proven expertise in enterprise IAM and IGA platforms.
- Deep technical knowledge of GCP IAM (Cloud Identity, IAM policies, Workforce/Workload Identity Federation, IAP).
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Entra ID, Conditional Access, PIM, MFA, and Entitlement Management.
- Solid experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools and best practices.
- Strong background in Active Directory architecture, administration, and security hardening.
- Experience integrating IAM with enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, and APIs.
- Arabic speaking ability is preferred.
