About the Job:
this role Identifies, assesses, and manages an organization's cybersecurity risks to protect its information and technology assets in line with organizational policies and procedures and related laws and regulations.
Acts as backup for other Information Security functions like compliance and governance.
Responsibilities:
- Review and examine systems compliance against present security standards and the PCI.
- Configure systems to ensure its compliance with present security standards and PCI.
- Audit different systems and all technical department operations against security standards.
- Provide high level support and troubleshooting for escalated security problems for internal and external users.
- Update IT Risk Tracker and NI Heatmap for security risks
- Plan and manage Compliance, Audits, Risk assessments and Information Security Governance.
- Test new security applications before its launch.
- Implements security improvements by assessing current situation; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
- looking for vulnerabilities and risks in hardware and software
- finding the best way to secure the IT infrastructure of an organization
- Carry out Access Profile Reviews of NI applications
- Perform other related duties as requested by the company
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree of Engineering or Computer Science from an accredited and recognized university is a must
- 6+ years of experience in the same field within banks or financial institutions
- Excellent command of English Language (Listening, Speaking, Reading & Writing), or equivalent to Upper-Intermediate level.
- Experience in information management and information technology security design and implementation
- Good knowledge about PCI DSS, PCI PIN Security and ISO27001.
- Good knowledge about Risk assessment methodologies and secure development lifecycle.
- Very good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Security certification CEH, CISSP, CISM is a plus.
