Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security Specialist to support network security operations, firewall management, and incident monitoring. The role requires strong hands-on expertise with Fortinet FortiGate and Cisco networking in a live operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Fortinet / FortiGate
- Administer and manage FortiGate firewalls
- Configure and maintain FortiOS
- Create and optimize security policies and firewall rules
- Configure NAT, VIP, DNAT, and SNAT
- Implement and manage web filtering
- Configure and monitor High Availability (HA) setups
Cisco Networking
- Configure and manage Cisco switches
- Implement VLANs, trunking, and access ports
- Support secure network connectivity and segmentation
Network Security
- Implement network segmentation
- Support basic incident response
- Perform log analysis for troubleshooting and security monitoring
Required Certifications
- Fortinet NSE 4 Mandatory
- Cisco CCNA
Candidate Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with FortiGate and Cisco environments
- Solid understanding of network security best practices
- Ability to work in fast-paced, project-based environments
- Available to start immediately or on short notice
