Information Technology Analyst

IT Analyst & QA

Nationality: Arabic

Experience: 5+ years IT experience, including 2–4 years in system/application development, configuration, or implementation. Banking experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, validate, and document business/technical requirements and process flows.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS/FRS, user stories, RTM, SOPs, and system documentation.
• Lead SIT/UAT and QA activities, including test planning, execution, defect management, regression testing, and sign-offs.
• Support application development, configuration, integration, troubleshooting, RCA, and release readiness.
• Coordinate with business users, IT, PMO, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Maintain SDLC, change management, security, and audit-ready documentation.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, RAID logs, and executive updates in Arabic and English.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• Java, .NET/C#, C++/Python, React, HTML/JavaScript/jQuery.
• APIs, web applications/services, SQL Server, Oracle, or Sybase.
• MS Office, Visio, integration and system administration.
• Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent Arabic & English – written and spoken.
