About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Business Relationship Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in building and maintaining strong relationships between the IT department and our business units. You will act as a bridge, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and alignment between business needs and IT solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business unit leaders to understand their strategic goals and challenges.
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable IT requirements.
- Advocate for business needs within the IT department.
- Manage and prioritize IT requests from business units.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between business units and IT teams.
- Monitor and measure the success of IT solutions from a business perspective.
- Identify and manage risks associated with IT projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in IT Business Relationship Management , projects management or IT-business alignment.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong Presentation & Analytical skills with experience with excel & preferably Power BI
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience with project management tools like Jira & MS Project
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
- Understanding of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) is a plus.
