Position Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Business Development professional with a strong hunter mentality and deep expertise in acquiring new enterprise clients for IT services in the Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) domain, including Testing and Quality Assurance services. The ideal candidate will drive regional revenue growth through strategic prospecting, pipeline development, and building long-term client relationships across UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and engage potential enterprise clients in the BFSI sector (banks, insurers, financial institutions) for IT services and testing solutions.
- Develop robust lead generation strategies including cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry research.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to proposal, negotiation, and closure, ensuring revenue targets and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities, maintaining CRM records and sales forecasts.
- Consultative Selling / Solution Positioning: Understand client pain points and technical requirements to align IT services (including core IT transformation, QA/testing, digital services) with business objectives.
- Develop and present proposals, business cases, and Statements of Work tailored to client needs.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders within target organizations.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client forums to enhance brand visibility and network.
- Provide market insights, competitor intelligence, and trend analysis to inform strategic sales decisions and service positioning.
- Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, marketing, pre-sales, operations) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 612 years experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition for IT Services, ideally within the BFSI sector or related technology services.
- Proven track record in new business acquisition and closing enterprise deals.
- Strong understanding of IT services, QA/testing solutions, digital transformation, or core banking services.
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales pipeline management.
- Willingness to travel within the region (UAE, KSA, Kuwait) as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
Preferred Attributes:
- Existing warm network in BFSI/IT decision-makers in the Middle East markets.
- Experience with RFP/RFQ responses and working with large enterprise contracts.
- Strategic thinker with a hunter/entrepreneurial mindset and strong presentation skills.
