The National Aquaculture Group (NAQUA) is looking for an IT Business Partner (ITBP) – Aquaculture to join our team in Al Laith, Saudi Arabia. This is a Grade 5B strategic role designed for a tech-savvy leader who understands that the future of seafood lies in data-driven precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnering: Act as the primary bridge between IT and our aquaculture operations, solving real-world production challenges with digital solutions.
- ERP Optimization: Drive the performance of Infor LN for biomass tracking, inventory, and harvest planning.
- Data Visibility: Build the dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) that track mortality, feed efficiency, and yield—turning farm data into actionable insights.
- Standardization: Reduce dependency on individual expertise by creating standardized, system-driven workflows across our farms.
- Innovation: Support digital initiatives in farm monitoring and live-asset management to enhance productivity and reduce losses.
Who You Are
- The Expert: You have 6+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years specifically in aquaculture, agriculture, FMCG, or asset-intensive industries.
- The Tech Specialist: You are proficient in ERP systems (preferably Infor LN) and have a strong grip on data analytics and system integration.
- The Communicator: You can talk tech with developers and production with farm managers, simplifying complex concepts for everyone involved.
- The Academic: You hold a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Aquaculture Systems.
