Role Description The Information Technology Compliance Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo. This role is responsible for overseeing IT compliance frameworks, ensuring adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing and updating IT policies and procedures, conducting compliance audits, monitoring network and system controls, and coordinating with IT teams to remediate identified risks. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to document processes, prepare compliance reports, and support audits and certifications. The Information Technology Compliance Lead works closely with operations and customer-facing teams to maintain secure, reliable, and compliant technology environments that support Raya CX's global services.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Information Technology knowledge with hands-on experience in Network Administration.
  • Candidates should possess Network Security and Troubleshooting skills to identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure and compliance-related issues.
  • Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and support client-facing compliance needs.
  • Candidates should possess experience with IT compliance frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO, PCI-DSS, GDPR, or similar), as well as risk management and internal controls.
  • Candidates should possess strong analytical and documentation skills, with the ability to prepare audit evidence, reports, and process maps.
  • Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Cairo, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP, ITIL) are an advantage.
