Responsibilities:
- Network and Systems Management:

- User Support:
- Provide technical support to internal users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and networks.
- Train users on how to use various software tools and technical systems effectively.
- Software Development and Programming:
- Assist in developing and maintaining internal software applications using appropriate programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++).
- Test software and ensure its functionality and efficiency.
- Data Analysis and Management:
- Work with data analysis teams to assist in data extraction and analysis tasks.
- Help manage and maintain databases, ensuring they are up-to-date and secure.
- Information Security and Protection:
- Support the team in applying cybersecurity policies to mitigate threats and cyberattacks.
- Contribute to continuous monitoring of systems to identify any suspicious activity or potential breaches.
- Server Management:
- Assist in managing and maintaining servers to ensure optimal performance.
- Support IT teams in configuring and setting up servers to meet organizational needs.
- Operating System Management:
- Assist in installing and maintaining various operating systems like Windows and Linux.
- Help with updates and configurations to ensure system stability.
- Performance and Maintenance Reporting:
- Prepare periodic reports on system and network performance.
- Assist in preparing maintenance reports to keep systems and networks running efficiently.
- Technology Research and Development:
- Help research new technologies and tools that can be used to improve system performance.
- Support in developing innovative technological solutions for specific technical challenges.
Qualifications:
- Currently a student in Information Technology or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems, networks, programming, and information security.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work within a team.
