Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Field Technician based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The IT Field Technician will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers and printers, troubleshooting various hardware and software issues, and conducting computer repairs.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Desktop Computers and Printer Support
- Proficiency in Computer Repair techniques
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus
- Relevant certifications or a diploma in Information Technology or a related field
