Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm 2nd 6 October for an Information Technology Help Desk professional. The IT Help Desk individual will handle day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. Key responsibilities also include troubleshooting technical problems, providing customer service support, and ensuring the secure and smooth operation of network systems within the organization.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Network Administration and Network Security to maintain and protect IT infrastructure
  • Strong proficiency in Information Technology and Troubleshooting to resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Excellent Customer Service skills to provide effective and professional support to team members
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
