This job opportunity is offered by Elsewedy Electric Graduate Development Program

The program is designed for Graduates with 0-2 years of experience. The program offers various job rotations, mentorships, coaching & trainings. 2024 & 2025Graduates are welcomed to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Diagnose and resolve technical incidents to minimize operational downtime.
  • Monitor and maintain IT systems and network infrastructure.
  • Route and escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams or vendors.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and third-party providers to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, troubleshooting activities, and resolutions.
  • Ensure compliance with IT support procedures and service management standards .

Requirements:

  • Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Years of Experience: 0-2 Years of experience in the same field.
  • Computer/Technical Skills: MS Office - IT Infrastructure Support - Hardware & Software Troubleshooting - Network Support - * Incident & Service Request Management
